Exchange & returns

Didn’t turn out quite the way you planned? Do you want to change your item to another colour or even return your item? Of course you can, you have the option to exchange or return the product within 14 days according to the law.

Returns

Returns are made with the enclosed return slip. Returns must be sent by letter or parcel in the original packaging, not by cash on delivery. Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, in the case of an item: return it to us.

Exchange

The customer has the right to exchange the ordered goods within 14 days after receiving the goods. In case of exchange, please contact customer service at e-mail address kundservice@springhill.se
