All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT, currently 25%.



When ordering a product from Gripsholm, a purchase agreement is only concluded when Gripsholm has confirmed the order to the e-mail address provided by the customer (Order Confirmation).


We only accept and ship orders within Sweden as Gripsholm does not yet have the ability to distribute to other countries.


Confirmation will be made within 24 hours after the order is received by Gripsholm. The order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.


All orders must be placed on the Gripsholm website. No orders can be placed by phone.




Delivery and notification


Delivery time1-3 days depending on where in Sweden you live. The delivery time is calculated from the time Gripsholm has confirmed the order in the Order Confirmation. In the event of a delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase.


Packages are collected in person with valid identification and order number. You will always receive a notification indicating when the parcel can be collected and at which collection point.


Notification is sent by email and, if you have provided a mobile number, by text message.



Delivery method and shipping cost


Delivery of ordered goods is made by Postnord. Smaller consignments can also be delivered by post. Delivery to deliver point Postnord (Free of charge) The shipment arrives at your nearest Postnord agent, e.g. a nearby grocery store. An SMS notification will be sent with information on where you can pick up your parcel. The parcel must be collected within 14 days to prevent it from being returned. In case the parcel is broken at the time of delivery, the parcel should not be redeemed. Please contact customer service. Gripsholm offers free shipping and free returns. Gripsholm is responsible for payment if the item is damaged or lost in transit to you. You must then contact our customer service within 14 days. If the product is lost or damaged when you return the product, you are responsible for payment.





At the checkout, you can choose between invoice, instalment, card payment or direct payment.
All payment methods are handled by Klarna.
Gripsholm guarantees that the payment options offered are secure in cooperation with Klarna. When paying by card, the customer is redirected to a secure page where the customer can safely fill in their card details and complete the payment. Gripsholm never handles the customer’s card details. The customer can only shop with cards issued in the Nordic countries.
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT.





All our orders come in via Klarna Checkout. When registering your return, we will notify Klarna of this. If you have chosen regular invoice as your payment method, you will receive a corrected invoice by email. If you have returned your entire order, we will of course remove your entire invoice. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you for a refund. If you have chosen to pay by card or direct debit through your bank, Klarna will contact you for a refund. Klarna reserves the right to refund up to 14 days after the return has been registered, but usually it only takes a few business days.





The customer has the right to exchange the ordered goods within 14 days after receiving the goods. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them. In case of return, please use the enclosed return slip and send the goods back in our resealable bag. Didnt receive a Return Note? Please contact customer service via email When you receive your product and it does not match the one you ordered, is damaged or faulty, you should contact Gripsholm customer service immediately but no later than within 14 days. Once we have received the returned item and approved it, we will send you a new item or refund your money. The return freight is paid by Gripsholm.


OBS! Gripsholm does not accept returns for cash on delivery.


For undelivered packages when the order is made with an advance payment, the customer will be charged 300 SEK for fees, shipping and for our administrative expenses.



Age limit


Gripsholm does not, under Swedish law, make cash purchases to persons under 16 years of age or credit purchases to persons under 18 years of age. Consumers under the age of 18 must have the consent of their parent or guardian.



Personal data


Gripsholm is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you as a Customer provide to us. The data is used to administer your purchases and in Gripsholms marketing. Gripsholm only uses the data within the group and does not provide data to third parties.

Product information


Gripsholm has the right to change prices and any price errors without notice. All product images and information texts reflect the product as closely as possible. However, Gripsholm does not guarantee that certain errors will not occur. Should there be any errors in product information, images or prices, Gripsholm has the right to change these.



Force Majeure


Should any of the following events occur, Gripsholm is released from fulfilling the agreement. This applies to circumstances beyond our control, such as strike, war, national state of emergency, sabotage, natural disasters, abnormal decline in the market, measures taken by the national government, if the company has been subjected to criminal activity, major accidents and blockade.


Disputes under these terms and conditions shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.
